Company History & Expansion

• Early 2000s: Cimero-Mar established an offshore representative office in China, building strong trade links and gaining extensive international business knowledge.
• 2013: Became a major player in innovative products in Nigeria, holding about a 30% equity share in thermoplastic sheets, panels, and rolls. These are marketed under the Cimero-Mar trademark, including polycarbonate, Danpalon, Acrylic, and Greenhouse sheets.
• 2020: Expanded into real estate, focusing on land banking and property development. Today, our real estate division designs and builds residential homes, estates, and malls across Nigeria.
• 2024: Ventured into solar energy technology to provide clean energy solutions for housing units and to distribute solar products in Nigeria.
